Wilson Campos has been building instruments for over 20 years in São José dos Campos, a city in the interior of São Paulo state. This "sete cordas de aço" has a number of distinctive features, including back and sides of Jequitibá, a Nomex double top, soundport, armrest and truss rod. Note the headstock, in which the tuners are arranged in a manner often associated with one of Brazil's iconic luthiers, Sérgio Abreu.
